Abstract Heat shock protein 70 kDa (HSP70) is a major family in the cell protections against stress-induced denaturation and aggregation folding of nascent proteins. It highly conserved that can be found most organisms strongly connected to several intracellular pathways such as refolding, degradation regulation, protection intense stress. Cellular delivery HSP70 would high impact for clarification its role these cellular processes. PepFect14 cell-penetrating peptide known able mediate transfection various oligonucleotides multiple lines with higher efficacy than commercially available agents without inducing significant toxic effects. In this study we demonstrated was form complex deliver it inside cells same fashion oligonucleotide delivery. The delivered showed an effect regulation indicating biologically cytoplasm interactions did not impeach active sites once plasma barrier crossed. This reports first successful our knowledge mediated by PepFect14. opens new fields research both agent therapeutic agent; potential caused diseases Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s diseases.
